Aria vera floral, the creative floral house behind some of the most exclusive luxury weddings and events in los cabos and international destinations, is seeking a sales executive to join our commercial team.
we are looking for a polished, service-driven professional with strong consultative sales skills, a passion for design, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with high-end clients, planners, and partners.
responsibilities
manage the full sales cycle: lead intake, follow-up, nurturing, and closing.
conduct consultative sales, deeply understanding each client's vision and event needs.
prepare tailored floral & décor proposals aligned with aria vera's creative direction.
maintain ongoing communication with clients, wedding planners, and internal teams.
ensure an exceptional client experience throughout the entire process.
coordinate with the floral design and operations teams for seamless event execution.
represent aria vera during meetings, showroom appointments, site visits, and venue walk-throughs.
qualifications
5+ years of experience in sales (preferably in luxury events, hospitality, hotels and design or creative sectors)
advanced english.
strong communication and relationship-building skills.
organized, proactive, and comfortable working with multiple client requests.
passion for flowers, aesthetics, and design.
proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
