as a technical support specialist, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to developers using the latest cloud platforms. Your expertise in technical troubleshooting, reproduction, and debugging will help resolve a wide range of technical issues. Additionally, you will respond to product-related questions and concerns from the community, utilizing your excellent communication skills to ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders.
*key responsibilities:*
- troubleshoot, reproduce, and debug technical issues in cloud platforms
- respond to product-related questions and concerns from the community
- collaborate with internal teams to improve cloud products and services
- document product bugs and feature requests
*requirements and qualifications:*
to excel in this role, you will need to have 2+ years of development experience in languages such as java, javascript, php, python, go, .net, ruby, or nodejs. You should also have experience building web applications/web services/apis, querying relational databases (mysql, oracle, db2, microsoft sql), and supporting software maintenance and monitoring.
the following skills are also desirable: cloud computing experience, web authentication, networking knowledge, no relational database experience, consuming third party apis, mobile development, and web development knowledge.
