- coordinar la administración de los servidores, recursos compartidos y servicios de ti de la compañía.
- asegurar la disponibilidad, integridad y seguridad de la información y de la infraestructura tecnológica.
- supervisar el monitoreo continuo del desempeño de la infraestructura de ti y coordinar acciones correctivas y preventivas.
- coordinar el correcto funcionamiento de los ups del site, idfs y la infraestructura eléctrica asociada.
- definir y supervisar la correcta aplicación de actualizaciones, parches de seguridad, firewall, antivirus y controles de ciberseguridad.
