job responsibilities
* assist in coordinating recruitment efforts by posting vacancies, reviewing applications, arranging interviews, and communicating with candidates and hiring teams.
* carry out onboarding and offboarding tasks, ensuring required documentation, system access, and orientation processes are completed.
* respond to employee inquiries regarding hr policies, benefits, procedures, and resolve basic employee relations issues in alignment with internal guidelines.
* maintain and update employee records in hr databases and personnel files, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
* support the administration of performance management tools by tracking deadlines, compiling documentation, and communicating reminders to staff.
* facilitate benefits-related processes such as enrollments, updates, and responding to employee questions, liaising with external providers when needed.
* follow and apply hr policies and procedures consistently, and escalate more complex matters to senior hr staff or management.
* help organize and track training programs and employee engagement activities, ensuring logistics are in place and records are maintained.
* prepare routine reports and summaries for internal stakeholders, assisting with audits or compliance documentation as required.
* stay informed about basic labor regulations and assist in implementing necessary updates to maintain compliance.
