Job Responsibilities 
1. Strategic Expansion and Implementation 
- Develop and execute store expansion plans for the Mexican market in alignment with the company’s general growth strategy, driving the development and integration of quality real estate resources; 
- Responsible for new store site selection, real estate project advancement, and business partnership implementation across Mexico to ensure the achievement of annual expansion targets. 
2. Local Resource Integration and Relationship Management 
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with local commercial real estate developers, property agencies, mall operators, and relevant government authorities in Mexico; 
- Gain an in-depth understanding of the business environments in key Mexican cities (such as Mexico City, Guadalajara, and Monterrey) to support optimal store network planning. 
3. Project Negotiation and Contract Management 
- Lead commercial negotiations, partnership agreements, and contract signing for key projects in Mexico; 
- Oversee the entire project process from contract signing to delivery, ensuring timeliness, cost-effectiveness, and operational efficiency in site development. 
4. Market Research and Industry Insights 
- Conduct research on retail and commercial real estate market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics in Mexico; 
- Monitor local business policies, urban development plans, and legal regulations to provide strategic foresight and policy guidance for expansion activities. 
Qualifications 
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Real Estate, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field; 
- Over 10 years of experience in real estate, retail, or property agency expansion in Mexico; 
- Strong understanding of Mexico’s commercial real estate operations, major business districts, and local consumer habits; 
- Excellent business negotiation and cross-cultural communication skills, capable of independently managing projects in Mexico; 
- Fluency in Spanish with strong English communication skills; 
- Willingness to travel frequently and a strong entrepreneurial and market development mindset.
