*none*:- to coordinate the new projects/equipment implementations, including the improvement projects; together with the localand/or global pce team.- reponsible of the general planning (local scope) of the new productive projects/equipment implementations, including the improvement projects.
considering the layout position definition for all new equipment.- to reach the critical path (timeline) of the project dates with all suppliers and customers.
considering to reach it within the stablished budget.- to be the direct contact with the global pce team; as the first support level during the implementations and as the third support level during the series production.- to follow up and close the equipment open points during the implementation through the cf-00015 protocol; until its closure and final handover to the series production.- to participate in the plant specific activities such as audits, certifications, plant reviews, etc.
*none*:- testable experience of minimum 2 years as leader of new projects implementation.- mechatronics / mechanics / industrial / manufacturing systems or alike engineering degree.- technical-conversational english level (capable to keep daily conversations).- expertise in machining processes (turning, milling, grinding).- expertise in geometrical and dimensional tolerances (gd&t).- knowledge in statistical analysis (minitab, qs-stat).- testable experience in mechatronics, mechanics, electrics/electronics, hydraulics and neumatics focused in the development and new equipment mounting.- knowledge in core tools (spc, fmea, ppap, control plan).- design and manufacturing basis (centrepoints, fixtures, abrasives, wire-cut).- sap knowledge (user level).- knowledge in data management and information.
