what you'll do
* represent clients in the purchase, sale, or rental of residential properties in puerto vallarta and surrounding areas.
* build and nurture client relationships, with a focus on americans and canadians relocating, retiring, or investing in mexico.
* conduct property showings, market analysis, and negotiations with professionalism and integrity.
* leverage company-provided marketing, crm, and lead generation systems to grow your business.
* collaborate with our team on events, open houses, and community outreach.
what we're looking for
* real estate professional in puerto vallarta who are already members of ampi or willingness to complete the required coursed to become one.
* strong communication and relationship-building skills in both english and spanish (preferred, but not required).
* self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow your career.
* organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
