This role will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, support employee experience, and handle a wide range of administrative and coordination tasks across the organization. Key responsibilities people operations & employee support support compensation & benefits operations, including vendor coordination, invoice processing, and budget tracking. Coordinate annual health check and group insurance processes (renewal, vendor communication), handle internal benefit distributions. Handle expatriate-related processes, including work permits, onboarding support, and documentation (e.g., invitation letters) assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events assist with general hr administrative tasks and employee support as needed office & workplace management manage business group sub-letters, ensuring that office and warehouse tenants receive the required support. Oversee daily office operations, including pantry supplies, cleaning, and facility upkeep manage petty cash, business sim cards, and general administrative processes manage office access (cards, parking) and coordinate with building management handle vendor management (cleaning, supplies, maintenance) and ensure service quality support office improvement initiatives and maintain a well-functioning workplace environment support compliance-related matters (e.g., social security renewals, safety drills and training coordination) manage company apartments, including lease agreements, landlord coordination, cleaning, maintenance, and asset organization who we're looking for highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable strong sense of ownership and ability to manage multiple workstreams comfortable handling both operational and people-facing tasks proactive, hands-on, and able to navigate ambiguity strong coordination and communication skills
