About us

we're looking for a growth marketing manager (hubspot & paid media) who thrives in that mindset—a proactive, strategic, and performance-driven marketer who can lead client relationships, translate insights into action, and elevate campaigns from good to unstoppable.

about the role

as a growth marketing manager (hubspot & paid media), you'll be the connective tissue between clients, strategy, and execution. You'll lead client communications, own reporting, and translate strategic discussions into structured briefs and data-driven marketing decks. You'll manage campaigns across paid media, email, and hubspot crm—ensuring every touchpoint ladders up to measurable kpis.

this is a highly visible, client-facing role with direct exposure to evg's founder and leadership team. You'll be an integral part of new business pitch development, help shape strategy, and ensure flawless delivery across pods and platforms.

key responsibilities

1. Client strategy & communication

* join all client calls and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
* translate strategic discussions into actionable plans, ensuring clear alignment between client goals and execution.
* develop creative and strategic briefs that guide design, content, and performance teams.
* participate in new business presentations, collaborating with leadership to build and deliver pitch decks.
* prepare and present monthly/quarterly reports and performance reviews for internal alignment.

2. Campaign management & optimization

* oversee the setup, management, and optimization of paid media campaigns across meta, instagram, tiktok, reddit, x/twitter, and other performance channels.
* own campaign attribution and crm integration through hubspot, ensuring accurate tracking, automation, and performance reporting.
* monitor pacing, budget utilization, and kpi achievement—optimizing campaigns relentlessly to improve results.
* identify opportunities for improvement in campaign structure, creative, and targeting across the funnel.

3. Process & collaboration

* work cross-functionally with strategy, design, and analytics pods to execute marketing
* programs that are cohesive and data-driven.
* manage workflow and deliverables across multiple accounts, ensuring quality,
* timeliness, and strategic alignment.
* build internal and external decks summarizing insights, campaign outcomes, and
* recommendations for optimization.
* serve as a champion of process—ensuring that every campaign is well-documented,
* measurable, and scalable.

key requirements

* 5+ years of experience in marketing management.
* 5+ years paid media (meta ads, google ads, tik tok, reddit).
* 5+ years of hubspot crm-driven campaign execution.
* 5+ years working in an agency.
* proven ability to lead client communications and present data in an engaging, strategic manner.
* strong understanding of hubspot and campaign attribution best practices.
* highly organized and process-oriented with a passion for optimization.
* confident communicator and presenter—able to translate complex data into simple,
* actionable insights.
* experience building pitch decks, client reports, and marketing briefs.
* strategic thinker with a growth mindset—always looking for smarter, more efficient, more impactful ways to drive results.
