profile
* bachelor's degree in tourism, business administration, marketing, or a related field.
* minimum of 3-5 years of experience in similar roles within hospitality, travel agencies, or event companies.
* advanced command of the english language (spoken and written).
* strong knowledge of the mice market and sales strategies for groups and conventions.
* proven skills in prospecting, negotiation, key account management, and closing sales.
* proficiency in microsoft office applications.
* results-driven, strategic thinker, and highly organized with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
