job purpose
supervise the generation and printing of programs for production lines, toyoda, s-100, s-300, tubular, and realization of production program in jaiter and toyodas, in order to meet the requirements of internal and external customers.
responsibilities
* knowledge of iso 14001, iso 45001, iso/iatf-16949:2016 standards.
* monitor client label printing
* review and administration of toyoda's kanban board, for machining programming.
* management of receipt and warehouse kanban cards.
* analysis and review of physical inventories v/s bit system (forging) for machining.
* preparation of material issue orders and empty packaging for suppliers.
* send via e-mail machining program to supplier.
