Ensure that the behavior of the collaborators complies with what is established in the rit and cct, coordinate the development of direct personnel, and ensure the execution of labor-administrative processes to guarantee a favorable work environment at the toluca plant and satellites, as appropriate.
*main responsibilities*
- ensure compliance with the rit and cct.
- coordinate the development of personnel according to the performance evaluation.
- execute administrative processes for direct personnel (terminations, overtime, edepro, files, etc.).
*qualifications*
- beachelor's degree in psychologist, business management, law or related
- 3 years of related experience
- proficient knowledge on labor law, mexican constitution, imss law, rit, cct
- advance english level is required
