data scientist / ai engineer / ai develop

key responsibilities

• consult non-technical people on what is possible with ai, to find new a meaningful way to create value with ai solutions (e.g. Agents) within a business function or domain (e.g. Sales, customer service).
• collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable ai solutions.
• guide non-technical stakeholders on the capabilities and limitations of ai to identify high-impact opportunities.
• architect and implement robust ai solutions on azure and other hyperscale's to solve complex business problems.
• build and maintain production-grade ml pipelines and apis in the cloud.
• ensure reliability, performance, and security of deployed ai solutions.
• monitor and optimize models and costs in production environments.

qualifications

• master's degree in computer science, ai, or a related field.
• +4 years of experience in machine learning, generative ai, and cloud-based ai deployment.
• strong programming skills in python and experience with ci/cd:
• hands-on experience with azure, aws or gcp:
• familiarity with mlops practices and tools.
• excellent problem-solving skills and a strong engineering mindset.
• effective communication and collaboration skills.
