This role ensures accurate and timely payroll execution while maintaining compliance with local regulations and company policies.key responsibilities- process end-to-end payroll for ~250 employees on a regular basis (weekly/biweekly/monthly). - ensure payroll accuracy, including salaries, bonuses, deductions, taxes, and benefits. - maintain compliance with mexican labor laws and payroll regulations. - coordinate with hr and finance teams to validate employee data (hires, terminations, changes). - manage payroll incidents, adjustments, and employee inquiries. - generate payroll reports and support audits (internal and external). - ensure proper documentation and maintain payroll records. - work with payroll vendors or systems (e.g., adp, sap, workday, etc.). - support continuous improvement and automation initiatives within payroll processes.-qualifications- bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, administration, or related field. - 4+ years of experience in payroll processing. - experience managing payroll for at least 200+ employees. - strong knowledge of mexican payroll regulations, taxes, and compliance. - experience with payroll systems (adp, sap, workday, or similar). - advanced excel skills. - high attention to detail and accuracy. - strong organizational and problem-solving skills.nice to have- experience in multinational environments. - basic english proficiency. - experience with payroll audits or process improvement projects.
