java backend lead developer
7+ years of java development experience, specializing in backend development

• expert in java and enterprise java technologies and development
• expert in the spring framework (spring, spring mvc, spring boot, spring security, etc.)
• expert in designing and implementing restful web services
• experience building web applications from the ground up
• ability to convert business requirements into technical design documents
• proficient in writing well-designed, testable, and efficient code
• excellent command of english, both spoken and written
location: hybrid (mexico city and guadalajara)
responsibilities
1. Understanding requirements and designing solutions
* develop software solutions by analyzing information needs, system flow, data usage, and work processes
* investigate problem areas throughout the software development lifecycle
* perform root cause analysis of system issues
* identify ideas to improve system performance and availability
* analyze client requirements and translate into feasible designs
* collaborate with functional teams and system analysts
* coordinate with project managers regarding software capabilities
2. Coding and module development
* evaluate analysis, problem definition, and requirements for operational feasibility
* develop and automate testing processes
* modify software to fix errors, adapt to new hardware, or upgrade interfaces
* plan and install new systems or modifications
* ensure error-free code and successful testing
* prepare documentation and reports
* maintain code quality and documentation standards
* coordinate team activities and progress reporting
* provide usability and quality feedback
3. Status reporting and customer focus
* gather and clarify client requirements
* ensure timely delivery and incorporate feedback
* participate in ongoing education and training
* evaluate software-hardware interfaces and develop specifications
* document solutions with flowcharts, diagrams, and comments
* maintain professional communication with customers
performance parameters
* continuous integration, deployment & monitoring: 100% error-free onboarding & implementation, adherence to schedules
* quality & csat: on-time delivery, troubleshooting, customer satisfaction, certifications
