- communicate open-orders, *delivery plans *and lead time towards customers
- drive the reduction of demand-supply gaps; monitor *on-time *order fulfillment
- support with implementation of *supply chain *concepts
- analyze global supply situation in times of short supply in order to *manage expectations *by presenting available solutions to maximize customer satisfaction
- initiate and manage *emergency shipments*:
- support *inventory *management initiatives
- manage order handling *complaints and returns*:
- support customer *data maintenance *activities
- have opportunities to participate in *special projects
*you are best equipped for this task if you have*:
- a *bachelor's degree*:
- *2-5 years *of supply chain experience
- effective communicator with fluency in *english *(written and verbal)
- *team player *with strong customer focus mindset
- *sap/erp *experience a plus
- a *visa & passport *is a plus
- understanding this position is based in *guadalajara*:
- ability to work in a *hybrid *work mode
