HRBP at Moove & KoviRole PurposeThe Jr.
HRBP will support the employee lifecycle management at Moove México and Kovi, a startup recently acquired by Moove.
The main mission of this role is to assist in the implementation of People initiatives, strengthening culture, internal communications, and the overall employee experience.Although this role will provide some support in recruitment activities, the focus will be on culture, employee experience, and People Operations.This position requires advanced English due to constant interaction with the global People team, strong organizational skills, and enthusiasm for creating integration and engagement activities.Key ResponsibilitiesCulture & Internal CommunicationAssist in organizing All Hands Meetings and key communication activities.Coordinate internal events, integration dynamics, and corporate celebrations.Support the planning and execution of internal training for managers and employees.Act as a culture ambassador, promoting Moove's values and behaviors aligned with the general strategy.Employee Experience & DevelopmentSupport the organization of a structured and engaging onboarding process.Contribute to engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and culture/eNPS surveys.Assist managers in basic performance management and talent identification processes.People OperationsSupport payroll coordination by handling employee data and incidents.Assist in benefits administration (meal vouchers, health insurance, remote work stipends, etc.).
Manage access, equipment, and offboarding processes.Follow up on purchase orders and administrative requests related to People.Recruitment (Support)Collaborate with managers on job profile definition.Assist in initial screenings and interviews when required.Coordinate the logistics of the recruitment process.KPIsEmployee satisfaction is measured through engagement and monthly eNPS surveys.Onboarding quality and compliance.Accuracy in payroll and benefits administration.Positive feedback from managers regarding People support.RequirementsExperience:1 to 3 years of experience in Human Resources in areas such as culture, internal communications, employee experience, or HR generalist roles.Internships, social service, trainee programs, or HR Analyst experience will be considered as relevant background.Previous experience in startups or fast-paced environments is desirable.Basic HRIS knowledge (desirable).
Education:Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, Industrial Relations, or related field.Languages:Advanced English (oral and written) – mandatory.Technical Skills:Event organization and integration activities.Basic knowledge of payroll and Mexican Labor Law (LFT).
Proficiency in digital tools (Google Workspace, Slack, ATS/HRIS).
Core Skills:Strong organizational and planning abilities (attention to detail is critical).
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.Effective communication skills in both Spanish and English.Adaptability and teamwork.Enthusiasm for driving employee engagement and building community.ConditionsSchedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm.Location: Hybrid, preferably based in Mexico City.
