- coordinating and managing the movement of materials and products, ensuring timely delivery and efficient logistics.
- prepare and send documentation to the customs agent for import and/or export shipments.
- ensure the shipment of export goods and the resolution of discrepancies until their receipt with the customer.
- track shipments and notify customers when necessary.
- manage the payment of import and/or export freight invoices.
*what makes you great*:
- bachelor's degree completed in international commerce, accounting, international business, business administration, all with a focus on accounting processes
- supply chain and overall logistics knowledge
- international commerce and trade regulations with a transportation scope
- incoterms knowledge
- at least 4 years in a similar position
- advanced english
- microsoft office (excel, word, powerpoint, outlook)
