*principal activities*:
- accounts payable control.
- maintain an accounts payable system in accordance with company policies, ensuring that the payment of obligations is covered in a timely manner.
- service payment review all warehouse
- payroll invoices.
- transportation service invoices.
- review in jde that all invoices are captured.
- sending of payment vouchers (usd & mxp).
- follow up of urgent payments (special payments)
- updating the bank file with the information related to each expense, referencing supplier number and paid invoices.
- integration of the documentation of expense policies to be sent to the corporative.
- reconciliation of account statements with suppliers.
- requesting the registration of new suppliers, integrating the file and supervising the filling out of forms.
- keeping the supplier database updated.
- receipt, control and accounting of corporate cards.
- registration of import and export documents
- accounting reconciliations in blackline system.
*requirements*:
- +3 years of experience in accounts payable
- bachelor's degree in accounting
- bilingual spanish and english
- strong problem solving, analytical and investigation skills.
- communication skills to include microsoft excel, word, and outlook, jde.
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to multi-task projects and possess a general knowledge of accounting principles.
- must be detail oriented.
- prioritize important tasks and follow up effectively
- self-motivated with ability to work independently and as a team member.
- ability to effectively communicate both orally and in written form with management, internal and external customers.
- demonstrate the ability to anticipate and solve practical problems or resolve issues.
