We are looking for a driven and professional sales representative to help us achieve our business growth targets by bringing new accounts into the portfolio. This role plays a key part in driving revenue through domestic and cross-border freight solutions, working with shippers across the usa, mexico, and canada.
key responsibilities:
* identify, prospect, and secure new customers in domestic and cross-border operations.
* reactivate dormant accounts and strengthen long-term client relationships.
* develop tailored freight solutions aligned with company capabilities.
* create and execute outreach and prospecting campaigns.
* work closely with operations to ensure competitive pricing while protecting profitability.
* provide clear and accurate load, project, and service expectations.
* ensure compliance with company regulatory and operational guidelines.
* consistently meet individual sales targets.
* maintain accurate and up-to-date crm records.
* deliver weekly and monthly sales reports with reliable forecasting.
what we're looking for:
* bachelor's degree in business, marketing, logistics, or a related field.
* 2–5 years of sales experience in freight brokerage or logistics.
* strong understanding of ground transportation modes.
* excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* crm workflow knowledge.
* bilingual: english & spanish.
