Responsibilities
* manage and coordinate owenr’s professional and personal calendar, appointments, and travel.
* act as a liaison between the founder and internal/external stakeholders.
* assist in the coordination of special events, high‑level meetings, and hospitality logistics.
* handle confidential documents and sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
* support in project management and task follow‑up across different business verticals (hospitality, events, real estate, etc.).
* coordinate household and lifestyle needs (including errands, vendors, reservations, etc.).
* ensure seamless communication and operational support across time zones and teams.
* occasionally travel with or on behalf of the founder when needed.
qualifications
* minimum 3‑5 years of experience as a personal or executive assistant, ideally in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial or hospitality environment.
* bilingual in english and spanish (written and spoken).
* exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
* strong emotional intelligence, discretion, and professionalism.
* proficient in g‑suite, microsoft office, and task/project management tools.
* flexibility to work non‑traditional hours and respond to urgent matters promptly.
* cultural sensitivity and ability to work with an international, diverse team.
* valid passport and ability to travel.
