Business development role
* develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive occupancy growth.
* create engaging lead generation strategies to qualify prospects and guide them through the transition of moving into their new home.
daily responsibilities:
* build relationships with prospective residents, their families, community organizations, and professional groups through phone calls, tours, and collaboration opportunities.
* design innovative solutions to increase occupancy and achieve targeted goals.
requirements:
* minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or sales (outside sales preferred).
* a bachelor's degree from an accredited university (or equivalent experience).
* excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* strong organizational and diligence skills for following up with prospects.
* proficiency in ms word, excel, and outlook.
