work you'll do/responsibilities
as a senior consultant, you will work with diverse global clients across a wide range of industries. You will have a variety of client facing responsibilities such as diagnosing issues using advanced analytical techniques, interviewing staff, formulating and making recommendations, and helping clients implement proposed solutions
* provide l2/l3 production support for oracle procurement cloud within the source-to-pay process including incident triage, defect resolution, and root-cause analysis.
* support procurement operations including requisitions, purchase orders, supplier management, catalogs, agreements, and receiving transactions.
* troubleshoot end-to-end source-to-pay process issues across procurement, receiving, payables, and supplier portal interactions.

qualifications required
• 6 -10+ years of consulting and/or industry experience
• completion of coursework (egresado) in any pertinent field or industry
• responsible for supporting and leading project workstreams and/or teams
identifies key drivers, defines problems and proposes solutions
• advanced english level
• oracle procurement cloud experience with hands-on production support.
• strong understanding of source-to-pay processes including requisition-to-purchase lifecycle and supplier management.
• experience troubleshooting integrations and transaction flows across procurement and payables systems.
preferred
• experience supporting payables and receiving modules within procure-to-pay.
• familiarity with supplier portal operations and supplier onboarding processes.
