You will
- participate in production and preparation of baked goods
- execute preliminary orders of mise en place for the day
- keep clean work area and equipment, and ensure baking area is stocked properly
- responsible for production of baked items, breads, breakfast items and display
- produce breads/baked goods according to required quantities (buffets, private parties)
*you will join *the cooking team*:
*by working with the club med cooking team, you’ll provide services that combine quality, freshness and volume, with*:
- an average of more than 3,000 meals served daily
- recipes for over 1,000 international dishes (world cuisine, local specialities and bistro food)
- a wide customer offering and diverse scope of work: buffet, plate service, show cooking, gourmet snacks, event catering, etc.
- a partnership with the paul bocuse institute going back more than 15 years
- guidance in your development from the institut du goût by club med.
