responsibilities
* monitor and maintain the quality of the master data.
* generate inventory optimization projects.
* generate projects to improve logistics costs.
* support plants for fes and icb audits.
* deploy forvia standards at the plant level.
* perform troubleshooting.
* share best practices among fcm nao plants.
* implement new tools developed by the group.
* train pc&l teams.
* lead and follow up on the inventory workshops.
* establish effective communication between plants and p&t through the system.
