requirements:
basic qualifications include:
* a completed bachelor's degree or 2+ years amazon experience.
* 2+ years' experience in a role with similar responsibilities.
* 1+ year of direct management experience for employees and their performance.
* english intermediate-advanced (b2+).
preferred qualifications include:
* mba or similar.
* experience using lean manufacturing methodologies.
* previous experience as project management.
* logistics background from operations environment, preferably from first-middle mile ops.
