Manual QA Hybrid Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Manual QA Hybrid professional to join our organization. The adecuado candidate will have experience in testing and data validation for various platforms, including iOS, Android, and TV Platforms.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design, create, and execute test cases to validate client data reporting across multiple reporting suites.
- Write bugs and validate bug fixes.
- Meet predetermined SLA for RC validation.
- Create and publish test reports after each RC test cycle.
- Support on-demand test validations with short timelines.
- Conduct KPI impacting incident deep dives to re-validate client reporting.
Mandatory Skills:
- Experience in testing and data validation for iOS, Android, and TV Platforms (Apple TV, Android TV, FireTV, Roku, Samsung TV).
- Proficiency with Charles Proxy, Wireshark, and other debugging tools.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Good planning, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Familiarity with Grafana, Git, JIRA, Bitbucket, Jenkins.
- Experience with Blackbox testing.
- Adept understanding of cloud concepts and implementations.
- Critical thinking skills to investigate root cause of identified issues.
- Attention to detail and completing work with high degree of accuracy.
