the regional otr manager serves as the primary link between amazon logistics operations and delivery service providers (dsps).
the role creates a collaborative 'win‐win' culture between amazon operations and dsp partners at the station level, defines the medium‐term otr strategy, and leads both internal and external stakeholders to align amazon logistics processes with dsp goals.select one of the following locations: freiburg, neuenburg am rhein near basel, messkirch near konstanz, sindelfingen or korntal‐muenchingen near stuttgart, giengen an der brenz near ulm, mannheim.key responsibilitiesownership of otr capacity planning and ramp plans; work with the middle europe capacity team and business coaches to help dsps achieve their capacity targets.early risk identification and creation of contingency plans for peak periods and capacity shortages.coordinate performance improvements across regions by collaborating with otr amazon customer excellence system, otr safety, and community teams to implement best practices that prioritize the dsp experience.owner of regional otr weekly business reviews (wbrs) and serve as a trusted otr subject‐matter expert.partner with regional business coaches to support dsp growth within stations.lead otr safety projects and deliver regional safety metrics.lead otr performance improvement, provide weekly visibility to the regional leadership team, and deliver dsp scorecard/ops scorecard.lead activities in key priority areas for the region including quality and performance metrics.create sustainable business practices that foster a 'win‐win' culture between operations and dsps.speak on behalf of dsps within the operational region.work with site operations, amazon customer excellence system, and central operations to ensure routing efficiency and best practices for cost per package.own and execute regional resourcing plans while managing ramp up/down plans and regional network changes.coordinate otr amazon customer excellence system projects across the region.provide dotted‐line leadership to the regional area manager delivery operations and shift manager delivery operations community while partnering with the senior regional manager.employment typefull‐time, permanent contract directly with amazon.benefitsrestricted stock units (rsus) through amazon.com, inc.relocation package if home location is at least 80 km from the site.free life and disability insurance, support with company pension schemes.employee discounts on amazon products, amazon extras, and commuter benefits (free parking or reimbursement for the deutschlandticket).
