*hr coordinator*:
the hr coordinator will report into the people operations manager

*duties and responsibilities*:
recruitment/pre-onboarding:
- assisting with global offer generation process to obtaining the signed copies and filing them in the employee personnel records in our hris and ats.
- assisting with the background check process for global employees.
Onboarding:
- onboard new hires globally to applicable systems including hris, processing new hire paperwork.
Hris:
- create and maintain employee records in our hris, ensuring accuracy and completeness of employee information
benefit administration:
- assist employees with benefits enrollment and answer questions regarding benefits.
Payroll:
- process payroll and manage payroll-related queries and requests for us employees.
- work with hr team members and external payroll providers to ensure the accuracy and timely processing of payroll for employees in other locations.
Immigration:
- manage immigration processes for employees by coordinating with the attorney to obtain visas and work permits and ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations.
Hr policies & procedures:
- assist with creating and rolling out the policies to the employees.
- ensure compliance with hr policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulations
- collaborate with hr team members to ensure that hr processes and systems are efficient and effective for a global workforce
offboarding/exit:
- offboard exits globally from applicable systems including hris, processing termination paperwork.
Hr reports:
- assist with hr reports/analytics for the leadership team or other stakeholders.
Employee queries:
- respond to employee inquiries and provide hr-related information to employees in a timely and professional manner.
Other activities:
- supporting other functions within the people team and or regional hr business partners with initiatives or programs.
Qualifications:
- associates degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in hr administration, payroll processing, and immigration, with experience working in a global company is a must.
- strong organizational and administrative skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- proficiency in microsoft office and hr information systems
- experience with payroll systems and the ability to process payroll for employees in us.
- experience with payroll processing for employees in multiple locations is a plus.
- knowledge of hr laws and regulations, particularly with regards to payroll, immigration, and taxes
- experience with immigration processes and the ability to obtain visas and work permits for employees in various locations
- strong knowledge with us immigration laws
