As a Systems Engineer, you'll be the first line of defense, monitoring systems, troubleshooting complex issues, and providing exceptional service to both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities
- Monitor ticketing systems and fulfill customer requests related to on/offboarding, usage, and standards in a production environment.
- Provide first-level technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software malfunctions, and ensuring high-quality customer service.
- Manage and maintain virtual and physical IT inventory, including servers, network infrastructure, and other systems components.
- Monitor system health and react proactively to avoid or minimize operational disruption.
- Acquire, maintain, and document knowledge of new and existing systems to ensure accurate technical assistance and stay current with industry trends.}
Requirements & Qualifications
- Strong and fluent English level
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences or a related field is preferred, along with 2-5 years of experience in technical operations.
- Proficiency with systems engineering functions, including development, implementation, and deployment.
- A strong working knowledge of local area networks, server installations, and WAN concepts is essential.
- Experience with a variety of computing platforms, including VMware, Nutanix, Cisco UCS Servers, and Azure, is highly valued.
- Clear understanding of virtualization technology, database methodology, and experience with operating systems such as Linux and Microsoft Server.
