key responsibilities:
* supervise the day-to-day operations of the all-day dining restaurant, ensuring a seamless guest experience from breakfast to dinner service.
* lead and motivate service staff to uphold luxury service standards and ensure consistent quality.
* oversee table setups, cleanliness, mise en place, and compliance with brand standards.
* ensure all guest interactions are handled professionally, courteously, and promptly.
* monitor service quality and guest feedback; proactively resolve complaints or issues.
* support the restaurant manager with scheduling, shift planning, and team briefings.
* train, mentor, and onboard new team members to maintain high performance and brand standards.
* collaborate with culinary and bar teams to ensure smooth food and beverage service.
* monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering, and reduce waste or breakage.
* enforce compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
* assist in maintaining accurate records of revenue, tips, incidents, and service performance.
qualifications
requirements:
* minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within a luxury hotel or fine dining environment.
* strong knowledge of food and beverage service, menu knowledge, and service sequences.
* exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills.
* ability to manage a multicultural team and work under pressure.
* high attention to detail and guest-centric mindset.
* excellent communication skills in english (additional languages a plus).
* proficient in pos systems and restaurant operations software.
