main responsibilities:
* develop and implement compliance policies across all countries in the region.
* monitor regional operations to ensure adherence to local laws, international regulations, and corporate standards.
* manage legal and compliance risks in collaboration with departments such as legal, finance, hr, and operations.
* conduct internal investigations into potential violations of internal policies or laws, ensuring proper documentation and corrective actions.
* deliver training sessions on ethics, compliance, and corporate policies to employees at all levels.
* perform audits and reviews, plan and execute internal compliance audits, and follow up on findings and action plans.
* report to senior management on the compliance status in the region.
