Your duties involve the following but not limited to:
* warehouse management support – l1 and l2:
* support user creation
* learn how to use manhattan wms and support l1
* learn warehouse inbound and outbound flow
* support basic configuration for inbound and outbound flow
* learn manhattan scale gui l1 usage for inbound and outbound flow.
* support l1 and l2 user issues
* help and support microsoft sql
* write queries and sps for sql db
* support data issues in db by querying wms tables and be able to identify root cause issues.
* helpdesk tickets: assigning ticket, routing tickets
* flagging tickets and assuring tickets are closed
* integration l1 support
* learn edi
* learn vb scrip
* support integration of shopify with manhattan wms
* learn and support ftp software
* learn ssrs and develop report
* learn zpl codding and develop ucc-128 labels
* ecommerce: support ecommerce fulfillment: update website with product pictures)
* monitoring/alerting
a. Monitor network devices and be responsible for setting up monitoring alerts and remediating alerts
1. monitor and support azure infrastructure
2. monitor and support microsoft 365 office and microsoft 365 cloud pc.
