**You will**:
- Establish the project plan baseline:Take handover from Presales team, Pre-sales involvement for cost estimation & scope of work, Define project scope, secure the necessary resources and timeplan and monitor all activities.
- Drive project execution: track project activities, raise risks, issues and handle them, monitor and handle changes, conflicts and critical issues.
- Handle customer and partner engagement: manage customer relationship building confidence and trust, ensure project progress arranging meetings and customer events.
- Handle project finance: ensure financial system monitoring, Cost Management.
- Develop the business: participate to contract preparation and to pre-sales meeting.
- Develop the CPM discipline: simplify processes, methods and tools with creative ideas, use Automation & Industrialization.
- Supporting up-sales opportunities
- Coaching the team, to interact with them and to support them in their professional growth, and to identify and recognize talents.
**To be successful in the role you must have below qualifications**:
- Education: Above to bachelor’s degree
- Min years of experience: 7 years of project management
- Experience in Telecommunications industry
- Good understanding for Telecom Technology & Domain: 4G,VoLTE, 5G, Core, Cloud, Packet Core, OSS, UDM.
