*what the day will look like*as a latam sr analyst you will being responsible for:reviewing balance sheet account reconciliations to ensure compliance with corporate policies and us gaap; documenting existing processes (collection of data and analysis) -similar to internal audit controls-; identify areas for improvement (recommendations, process alignments, corrections, write-offs); assisting with integration projects for the new acquired companies: collection, analysis of data and existing processes, preparation of process maps, review and/or create bs reconciliations, making recommendations for corrections and process alignments; discussions with local finance teams to gather documentation and information; project planning and leadership: agenda planning, defining timeframes, contact with smes, leading interviews, budget forecasts, results presentations (oral and written); attending global aors and identifying potential risks and opportunities; providing trainings (i.e.
best in class reconciliation, global trintech template).
