Title: it support & system administrator
start2 group is seeking a highly organized and motivated it support & system administrator (contractor) to provide hands‑on technical support and ensure reliable, secure, and scalable it operations across our global locations. This contract role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems, improving systems and workflows, and delivering an excellent internal user experience. The contractor will support internal users across helpdesk levels 1–3, manage macos endpoints through mdm, administer cloud identity services, contribute to global infrastructure projects, and help strengthen cybersecurity and operational efficiency through documentation and continuous improvement.

* provide it support to internal users, resolving technical issues across multiple levels (helpdesk support level 1‑3)
* manage and maintain the company’s endpoint devices via mdm, including patch management and software deployment for macos
* support and participate in global infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with company‑wide goals
* administer cloud identity environment, managing user accounts, permissions, and ensuring smooth operation of services
* implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols
* assist in network management
* collaborate with teams to continuously optimize and improve it operations across global locations
* contribute to documentation, it policies, and user training as necessary
* operational and administrative duties as assigned
qualifications / requirements
* minimum 3 years of experience in it administration
* prior experience working in a multinational company, demonstrating adaptability to different cultures and global teams
* exposure to cloud identity administration
* strong knowledge of macos
* mdm management experience (patch management, deployment)
* basic experience with networks (ips, switches, firewalls, aps, etc.)
* experience with ztna solutions and secure remote connectivity clients
* experience with workflow automation and ai‑enabled process improvements (e.g., using n8n or similar tools) to support internal it and cross‑functional projects is a strong advantage.
* bachelor’s degree in an it‑related field or equivalent relevant technical education
* strong interpersonal skills
* excellent verbal and written communication skills in english are required
* highly motivated, enthusiastic and willing to continuously learn and improve
