*about the role*
as a *business analyst*, you will make an impact by driving manufacturing and logistics transformation across the automotive supply chain. You will be a valued member of the manufacturing & logistics consulting team and work collaboratively with client stakeholders, logistics partners, and internal technology teams to analyze operations, identify improvement opportunities, and support solution implementation.
*in this role, you will*:
- act as a domain expert in automobile manufacturing / logistics / supply chain processes
- lead and support transformation initiatives across oems, vdcs, dealers, transporters, and 3pls.
- collaborate with it teams to define business requirements for tms, erp, and custom logistics solutions.
- develop sops, process documentation while staying current with industry best practices and compliance standard*

*what you need to have to be considered*
- experience in automobile, manufacturing and logistics, or supply chain operations.
- knowledge of logistics systems, manufacturing systems, finance management system or similar erp platforms would be beneficial.
- proven ability to lead cross-functional workshops and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- fluent in english and spanish.
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- a background in consulting is preferred.*

- experience working with transportation management systems (tms).
- familiarity with logistics vendor lifecycle management and compliance frameworks.
- exposure to automotive oem environments and logistics partner ecosystems.
- certification in supply chain or logistics management.
