* oversee immex program compliance, including import/export operations, inventory control, and fixed asset management.
* ensure accuracy and compliance of correct filling of pedimentos consolidados and programs used (r8, prosec, tmec)
* maintain up-to-date records of all materials and assets imported under immex, including reconciliation with physical inventory and asset registers.
* coordinate with customs brokers, and government agencies to ensure compliance.
* monitor regulatory changes affecting immex and communicate updates to relevant departments.
* lead internal audits and prepare for external inspections by customs and regulatory authorities.
* develop and implement procedures to ensure compliance with immex and mexican customs regulations.
* oversee fixed asset and inventory analysts.
* prepare and submit required reports to sat and secretaría de economía.
* support and communication to plant staff on immex-related processes and compliance requirements.
