the software quality assurance engineer plays a pivotal role in ensuring digital solutions meet high standards of quality, reliability, and performance.
* support qa efforts across frontend/backend systems, ensuring thorough test coverage and adherence to agile delivery timelines.
* author and maintain detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts based on business and technical requirements.
* conduct go-live readiness assessments, regression testing, and post-deployment validations.
* identify opportunities to enhance automation coverage and support implementation of automation frameworks.
* track and report quality metrics, defect trends, and test coverage to stakeholders and leadership.
* coordinate testing activities with onshore and offshore qa teams and third-party vendors.
* drive continuous improvement in qa processes, tools, and standards across the organization.
this position requires on-site work from an office at least three (3) days per week. Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into test cases are required.
