responsibilities / tasks
* support assigned clients throughout their entire lifecycle, from project execution to after‑sales service.
* identify and capitalize on opportunities to sell spare parts, technical services, audits, upgrades, small projects, and service‑related products connected to our projects.
* build strong and lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions that add value.
* collaborate closely with the engineering and technical service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with quality standards.
* maintain accurate records of sales activities in crm and report regularly to the management team.
* develop innovative strategies to grow the assigned market.
* prepare and meet projections for order intake, sales, and gross margin for your client portfolio.
your profile / qualifications
education
* bachelor’s degree in engineering.
* minimum english level: b1 - b2.
* technical and practical knowledge in relevant disciplines such as electronic, or mechanical engineering (preferred).
experience
* 3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in engineering or industrial machinery.
* strong skills in closing sales and achieving commercial targets.
* excellent communication skills and adaptability to interact with clients from diverse cultural and organizational backgrounds.
* ability to identify new market opportunities and adapt quickly to competitive changes.
