Beyond designing websites, completing seo, and ongoing assistance, we take pride in the customer service that we provide to our clients and put a heavy emphasis on working with our clients to identify, evaluate, and resolve any issues they may have.*

*responsibilities*:
- manage assigned client accounts throughout the duration of their projects.
- lead a team of web designers, monitoring their performance and reporting to management.
- conduct initial consultations via phone or screen share to understand clients’ needs, offer suggestions, and document requests.
- effectively communicate client requirements with web designers to ensure those needs are understood and met.
- act as quality control throughout the entire web design process to ensure high standards.
- maintain established goals and deadlines.
- problem-solve to find solutions for client requests that may not be immediately available on the wix platform. Provide alternative solutions when necessary and explain any limitations to the client.
- adapt to process changes, including modifications to services, tools, and protocols related to your department.
- provide assistance for clients who remain on hold for too long by setting callbacks and/or creating internal tickets to ensure proper follow-ups.
- remain logged into the phone system throughout the day so that clients can reach you directly when needed.
- provide support for clients by understanding and satisfying their needs.
- develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.
- lead screen share/zoom meetings with clients to ensure needs are being met.
- stay current on company offerings and industry trends.
- maintain a database of contact information.
- build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal teams to create an optimal customer experience.
- handle client complaints and negotiations.
- assist other departments when needed or upon request.
*requirements*:
- bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 2+ years of experience in b2b, marketing, saas sales, or project management.
- familiarity with wix or similar platforms (e.g., wordpress).
- bilingual in english and spanish.
- strong communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on understanding and addressing client needs.
- excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
- proficient in ms office and crm software.
compensation includes a competitive base salary + bonuses and commissions.
pay: $17,000.00 - $21,000.00 per month
