About the role as an ingeniero eh&s, you will play a key role in ensuring safe and compliant operations by proactively identifying risks and integrating ehs standards into business processes and new projects. This role has a direct impact on operational excellence by supporting the implementation of projects, managing changes through moc (management of change), and contributing to a strong safety culture while ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations. Key responsibilities identifying and evaluating risks and opportunities through management of change (moc) processes integrating eh&s requirements into the implementation and execution of new projects executing eh&s procedures, reporting, and training across multiple disciplines (health, safety, environmental compliance) monitoring compliance with eh&s regulatory requirements and identifying non-conformities interpreting and communicating eh&s regulations and practices to ensure proper understanding across the organization requirements we are looking for people who are proactive, analytical, detail-oriented, and committed to safety and continuous improvement. As a minimum you must have: bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, industrial engineering, environmental & safety engineering, pharmaceutical biology, or related field at least 1.5 years of experience in eh&s, industrial safety, environmental or occupational health areas experience in project implementation
