EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Tasks and Responsibilities:
· Maintain a daily dashboard to track owners priorities across business and personal domains
· Intake and triage new requests, inquiries, and follow-ups from internal and external stakeholders
· Manage CRM activities, referral outreach, and performance tracking
· Own the executives calendar, inbox, and communication flow across ventures
· Serve as first point of contact for tenants, contractors, vendors, and service providers
· Track property maintenance, manage expenses, and support vendor billing
· Conduct market research, draft business plans, and assist with strategic initiatives
· Streamline systems, track recurring tasks, and support light bookkeeping
· Coordinate personal scheduling, travel planning, and household services
Qualifications:
· 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
· Previous experience supporting executives
· Fluent in English
· Experience in Operations, Sales, and/or Customer Service
· Proven success supporting entrepreneurs or small business owners
· Professional presence and client-facing confidence
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Shift: 8:00AM TO 6:00PM MONDAY TO FRIDAY
