*position 100% on site*
this position is responsible for managing the daily team's operation. Developing current accounts volume and profit while at the same time bringing new business to the company.
*main responsibilities*:
- supervising daily team's operation.
- developing and sustaining solid relationships with clients to bring in the most income for the company.
- discover and land new business opportunities.
- acting as the main point of contact between clients and the operations team.
- compiling reports on account progress, kpi's and forecast for management and presidency.
- present in daily operations meeting team's kpi status and plans directed to constant growth
- negotiate contracts with clients and carriers to improve margins and grow revenue.
- train and develop personnel.
- live update and ensure tms (transportation management system) with real time information
- reach the monthly kpi's of number of loads, service, and profit margins.
- foster close cooperation between all other departments (pricing, it, hr, finance, etc) in pursuit of business opportunities and development of accounts.

- 2+ years of proving experience in logistics (air and ocean)
- 2+ years of proving experience in management
- strong verbal and written communication
- proficiency in microsoft office, crm.
