we are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of recruiter, human resources business partner. Reporting to the hr manager, this role will involve developing strategic recruitment processes.
* deploy and execute the talent acquisition strategy.
* develop sourcing activities, activate multiple sourcing channels, participate in talent events and build talent pipelines.
* coordinate and conduct interviews, collaborating with hiring managers and other colleagues involved when required.
* support the implementation of effective onboarding and training programs for new employees.
* facilitate initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
* collaborate in the analysis and execution of compensation and benefits policies.
* implement equivalent hr procedures across all jurisdictions.
* prepare and present regular reports to the hr manager on key hr metrics.
* contribute to the company's development by ensuring high-quality standards on the employee life-cycle.
requirements
* bachelor's degree in administration, law, psychology or equivalent qualification.
* proven work experience as a recruiter or similar role.
* strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* initiative, innovative approach to operational topics and curiosity.
* solid understanding of hr software and systems.
* fluency in english is required.
