responsibilities
develop and implement comprehensive pr strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives and target audiences in the latam region.
build and maintain relationships with key media outlets and journalists to ensure positive coverage of the company in the region.
lead influencer strategy for nothing and manage ongoing influencer relationships
create engaging and compelling press releases, media pitches, and other pr materials to generate media interest and coverage.
manage all incoming media inquiries and coordinate responses with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely information is shared.
plan and execute media events, press conferences, and product launches, ensuring a high level of media attendance and coverage.
monitor and analyze media coverage of the company and industry trends to identify opportunities and risks, and provide timely and actionable recommendations to the leadership team.
work closely with internal stakeholders, including senior executives, subject matter experts, and regional teams, to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all communications channels.
manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships for pr initiatives.
requirements
over 5 years of relevant experience.
fluent in english and spanish.
comfortable working in remote and culturally diverse environments.
strong preference culture, music, design or entertainment industry experience.
strong proven track record executing pr programs (product & corporate).
exceptional personal relationships with key journalists and contacts across the lifestyle/fashion media landscape.
naturally proactive - you believe that actions speak louder than words and thrive leading by example.
strong sense of ownership towards driving execution and contributing to nothing's company level kpis.
phenomenal organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
highly capable of leading multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
entrepreneurial and strategic mindset - you can show creative and critical thinking skills and solve complex problems in an ever-changing environment.
