This person must be proactive, and detailoriented and demonstrate excellent analytical abilities, as well as teamwork and multitasking skills. What You Will Do
Be responsible for managing and promoting the development of the recruiters in your charge.
Generate evaluation and productivity reports, measuring management indicators.
