- collaborate with developers, marketers, and product teams to bring ideas to life
- optimize designs with a strong focus on usability, accessibility, and performance
- develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- ensure brand consistency across all digital assets
- continuously improve designs based on data, feedback, and best practices
*what we're looking for*:
- 2+ years of experience in ui/ux design with a strong portfolio
- proficiency in webflow (cms, interactions, animations, and custom code)
- strong skills in figma, adobe xd, or sketch for wireframing and prototyping
- knowledge of html, css, and an understanding of web development best practices
- experience with responsive design and mobile-first principles
- strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment
