This position (bdm) is a pre-sales communication position with career growth opportunity into a direct sales role. This position is focused on educating our prospective clients for fusion across the north america and latin america geographies and generating qualified sales leads for the senior sales team to close. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. *key responsibilities*: - acquire in depth knowledge of fusion's full range of services and convey the benefits of our services to potential clients, adhering to company targets, messaging and positioning - this position will primarily support the healthcare division during the selling season then the commercial division during the off season - make outbound calls from lists to targeted healthcare and commercial companies - identify who the most appropriate decision maker is in the company which is usually a director, vp or c-level executive - identify the prospects potential outsourcing call center needs - document each call made in the company contact management system - set appointments with our sales team prior to attending industry trade shows - re-qualifying leads from trade shows, events, mailers, other activities - gather referrals from non-qualified prospects - provide suggestions for improving the lead generation process through script changes, list segment enhancements, offers, etc. - other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the ameridial management team - reports to sr. Director of sales/vp sales *skills*: - self-motivated, goal oriented, and dependable who can work with mínimal supervision - inquisitive nature with excellent active listening skills - excellent research and interviewing skills - ability to navigate corporate structures to identify the key decision - ability to be assertive and persuasive without being aggressive - able to engage management decision makers and influencers at any level - ability to learn quickly and think on your feet - professional upbeat telephone voice, strong probing skills, persistence - excellent telephone and written communication skills, attention to detail - ability to balance multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work a flexible schedule - comfortable in a complex, fast-paced and dynamic environment - rigorous and disciplined; able to achieve results through drive and commitment - results driven with an excellent work ethic *requirements*: - minimum of 5 years of experience working in a call center (operations and client services experience is a plus) - the following sales experience is preferred but not required as we will provide training and tools needed to be successful - inside sales experience in a business-to-business environment - experience in cold calling, sales prospecting, and appointment setting - proficient in microsoft word and excel and a familiarity with powerpoint - aa degree or equivalent experience preferred - *previous experience in the call center/bpo industry would be highly appreciated* *about fusion bpo services*: fusion bpo services began in the mid-90s in india.
