Job Responsibilities
* Responsible for order management, follow up on the entire order process, ensure the timeliness and accuracy of order processing, and achieve the company's required KPI indicators.
* Continuously optimize the accounting process, strictly follow the SOP, and ensure the processing of customer order requirements and service quality.
* Through system process control, do a good job of first-in-first-out control of goods and order ETA integration.
* Promote the improvement of warehouse operation systems (e-VMI/SAP/iDEAS, etc.), optimize operation efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction.
* Establish a daily shipment demand and emergency material tracking mechanism, and follow up and coordinate emergency needs throughout the process.
* Establish an emergency management mechanism to ensure that customers' urgent needs are met and that delivery is managed and controlled in the event of system anomalies or other special circumstances.
* Establish an abnormal feedback mechanism for accounts and materials, and conduct continuous follow-up and reporting management for customers who fail to respond to EDI861 or sign for confirmation.
* Establish an on-site operation KPI Review mechanism to ensure that the accounting operation KPI indicators meet the company's requirements.
* Conduct timely review and analysis of customer complaints, formulate improvement measures and implement them.
* Regularly formulate return visit plans, which are not limited to on-site visits, telephone return visits, quality meetings, etc., to establish good communication channels and improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
* Responsible for inventory sampling and reconciliation, and leading and coordinating daily, quarterly and annual inventory counting.
* Implement the system lock audit warning mechanism to timely warn, report and handle system lock situations.
* Cooperate with the warehousing technical committee to implement relevant matters and follow up with the relevant responsible units to implement.
* Cooperate with the implementation of OE related matters and follow up the implementation of relevant responsible units (including 8S, UPPH, etc.).
* Responsible for following up the formulation of annual and monthly education and training plans for each section of the warehouse, and following up on the implementation of each department.
Qualifications
* Bachelor degree and above.
* Bilingual in English and Spanish, Chinese is a plus.
* Have more than 5 years of warehouse operation management ability and experience.
